Employment and Training Services Needs
- Staff tuition reimbursement
- Career women to mentor female clients on employment success (via email or phone)
- Scanner
- Fax machine
- Companies to sponsor the cost of childcare for an evening workshop, and/or a light meal for kids and participants.
- Children’s educational games– board games, software, arts & crafts
- Scholarship sponsorship ($50 to $300) for low-income women to receive career planning and job search services.
Chemical Health Services Needs
- Hygiene supplies for clients entering services (toothpaste, hair products, soap, lotion, feminine products, etc
- Employee mentors and speakers to coach clients on employment.
- Minor plumbing and maintenance services for apartments.
Mental Health Services Needs
- New or gently used household items (kitchen, bath, laundry) for people moving into apartments
- 12 passenger van (2)
- YMCA membership for a client’s family
- Stove for client nutrition and living skill classes
- Gift certificates for client awards (Target, WalMart, Rainbow/Cub)
