Each of our four divisions specializes in providing a particular type of service:
· Employment Action Center assists people who are unemployed or underemployed in seeking a new job…a better job…or a whole new career.
· Minnesota Resource Center provides training and employment services for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.
· Recovery Resource Center helps people recover from chemical dependency, especially people with a history of relapse.
· Spectrum Community Mental Health helps people with a serious mental illness to live and participate actively in the community.

Last year, RESOURCE helped 20,632 individuals who were working hard to discover their potential and achieve their dreams:
· 4,790 laid-off workers and other unemployed or underemployed adults seeking employment
· 8,144 parents on welfare working toward self-sufficiency
· 952 “at-risk” youth struggling to survive and thrive
· 2,795 adults with disabilities or other barriers to employment seeking jobs and training
· 1,434 individuals grappling with substance-abuse problems—most with a history of relapse and many with prison records
· 2,517 adults with a mental illness striving to live and participate actively in the community.
The 28,966 children of those served also benefited indirectly from their parents’ success in discovering their potential and achieving their dreams.
