Exceptional Benefits
RESOURCE maintains a competitive salary range and offers a complete benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and pension plan. Health insurance coverage is also available for domestic partners.
RESOURCE staff receive three weeks of paid vacation during their first year of employment—eventually increasing to five weeks. They also enjoy ten paid holidays and generous sick leave.
