Placement Services
We take the hassle out of hiring. Two of our divisions—Employment Action Center (EAC) and Minnesota Resource Center (MRC)—can provide you with qualified, prescreened job applicants. We work with thousands of diverse job candidates throughout the metro area. Our employment specialists can match candidate skills and abilities to your job needs. There is no charge for this service.

Outplacement Services
If your company is faced with downsizing or layoffs, our outplacement services give you highly effective resources to offer your employees. We have provided outplacement services to laid-off workers from more than 1,200 businesses in virtually every industry since 1984. Click here for: more information.
Education Services
We offer a wide range of Workplace Values, Computer Software, and Workplace Safety courses for your employees—plus employee skills assessments and exam preparation assistance. Since 1985, we have provided training to over 4,320 individuals. Our courses provide a cost-effective way to invest in your employees’ skill growth and productivity. Disability Services
Since 1992, we have provided disability consulting services to over 1,000 individuals with disabilities and their supervisors. We have also provided ADA or disability training to 6,000 supervisors and HR staff. Our job-retention specialists serve as a neutral third-party who works with both the employer and employee to determine practical and effective accommodation solutions on the job. Telecommuting Implementation Services
Our Midwest Institute for Telecommuting Education (MITE) is a well-respected consultant group that enables forward-thinking organizations and businesses to maximize their competitive edge through the use of telework. MITE was created by more than 50 business and government leaders who actively contribute time and expertise to our services. We offer strategic planning, manager/employee training, and policy development to facilitate successful remote work practices—whether your company has two to three or hundreds of potential teleworkers.
