RESOURCE: Discover your potential... achieve your dreams

What makes RRC services unique?

We realize that every person’s journey is unique.

RRC gives you more freedom than most treatment programs. They put the responsibility on you, and that’s a good thing because that way you learn to manage yourself and get back to reality. It’s up to you.

—Kim, RRC Participant

1. ComprehensiveRRC helps participants to access all of the services they need including employment services, housing, nutrition classes, parenting training, Blacks in Recovery support groups, prostitution-recovery services, HIV/AIDS and hepatitis services, and much more. Some services are provided by RRC. Others are provided by our numerous community partners, either onsite at RRC or at other locations.

2. Open-Ended —Services are provided for as long as the individual needs them—3-4 months on average. Because most RRC participants have a history of relapse, we provide a Relapse-Prevention Treatment Program followed by long-term Continuing Care Services.

3. Community-Based —While an individual is receiving RRC services, they live in the community in safe, drug-free housing provided by RRC and receive services from other community agencies to supplement the services provided by RRC.

Recovery Resource Center (RRC), a division of RESOURCE, is a nonprofit, community-based, outpatient chemical health program providing relapse-prevention treatment, continuing care, case-management, employment, and housing services for men and women.

For 34 years, we have specialized in helping individuals with a history of relapse. At RRC, our goal is to assist individuals in uncovering strengths and utilizing tools needed for a successful recovery.

RRC is a multicultural organization committed to undoing racism and promoting diversity.
