How does a person initiate service? Who do I contact first?
Just call (612) 752-8050.
How much do services cost? Are they covered by insurance or public funding?
Many of our programs are free. If not, you will be given directions on what you need to do. Services are fully covered by most insurance companies or through public funding.
Do I have to have a diagnosis from a doctor to use services?
You will have to have an assessment done but not necessarily by a doctor. Either we can do the assessment if you haven’t had one done or we will tell you how to get one.
Are there diagnoses that are not eligible for service?
No.
If I am chemical free now, do I qualify for services?
Yes, in some cases.

We do have housing for those individuals in our programs.

RRC has a very good job placement program which individuals are referred to at the proper point in their treatment.
Are there programs for my children?
We have family programming for children of mothers and/or fathers enrolled in our program.
Can you work with my social worker (court, parole officer, job counselor, etc.)?
We work very closely with other professionals to ensure you are getting the best of care.
Will I have opportunities for support and social interaction with people like me?
RRC is a multi-cultural organization with staff and clients from a very diverse cross-section of the community. We work with adults from all races, genders and ethnic backgrounds.
