RRC Services
RRC provides services to men and women with chemical-health issues and co-occurring chemical-mental health issues.
All services are provided to men and to women in separate environments with gender-specific programming. RRC is equipped to meet the special needs of pregnant women, women with children, male and female offenders, men and women with dual-diagnosis issues, and individuals needing aftercare services.

- RRC is licensed as a Rule 31 treatment provider through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
- RRC services are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
- RRC maintains formal collaborative relationships with numerous governmental, educational and community organizations.
- RRC services are funded by the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Departments, U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Parole and Probation Office, U.S. Bureau of Prisons, Minnesota Department of Human Services Chemical Health Division, Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Justice Programs, Greater Twin Cities United Way, and several health plans.
